1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to Kirzo is conditioned on acceptance of this agreement. When a person creates an account, browses look references, saves planner content, purchases Planning Credits, or otherwise interacts with the application, that activity signals acceptance of these terms as a legally enforceable arrangement.
Anyone who is unwilling to follow the rules stated here should discontinue access immediately and refrain from further use of the Service. The terms apply to all users, whether use is occasional or frequent.
2. Service Description
Kirzo is a wardrobe planning application that enables users to browse occasion-based outfit references, save looks, track sources, maintain profile preferences, and create private rehearsal boards using imported or captured images, notes, and close-up detail cards.
The Service may also include optional in-app purchases such as Planning Credits and may display embedded web content for disclosures, support information, or related service materials. Features may be adjusted, redesigned, limited, removed, interrupted, or expanded in response to product development, maintenance requirements, security concerns, legal obligations, or operational decisions.
Availability is not guaranteed on a permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free basis. Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, and discontinuation of specific functions may occur without creating an obligation to maintain any particular version of the platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Use of the application is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Any person below that age threshold is not permitted to register for, access, or utilize the Service.
Lawful and respectful conduct is required at all times. Users may not engage in behavior that includes, without limitation:
- violating applicable laws or regulations;
- uploading photos, notes, or other materials without the rights or permission needed to use them;
- harassing, threatening, exploiting, or impersonating others;
- posting or transmitting malicious code, harmful scripts, or disruptive software;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- abusing purchase flows, refunds, credits, or promotional offers;
- using the platform in a way that interferes with normal operation or harms other users.
Each user is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity occurring through that account. If misuse, unauthorized access, or a security concern is suspected, prompt action should be taken, including contacting support where appropriate.
Breach of these standards may lead to content removal, access restrictions, account suspension, permanent termination, or other appropriate action.
4. Intellectual Property
The application, including its design, branding, software, interface elements, text, graphics, and related materials, remains the property of its developer or applicable rights holders and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Service for its intended personal purpose. That permission does not transfer ownership of any part of the platform.
You retain whatever rights you hold in photos, notes, and other material you submit, but you grant Kirzo a limited license to store, process, display, and technically reproduce that material as needed to operate the Service for you. Except where law expressly allows otherwise, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application or any portion of it without prior written authorization.
5. Disclaimer
Kirzo is offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. No promise is made that the Service will meet every expectation, operate without interruption, remain fully secure in all circumstances, or be free from defects, delays, or inaccuracies.
Outfit references, planning notes, and rehearsal tools are provided for personal organization and style preparation only. They do not constitute professional fashion, legal, medical, or financial advice, and Kirzo does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service.
To the broadest extent permitted by law, all warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory—are disclaimed. This includes, among other things, implied warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kirzo, its developer, operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
This limitation extends to losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, interrupted business activity, device issues, rehearsal media loss, purchase disputes, wardrobe or styling outcomes, reputational harm, and other commercial or personal damages, even where the possibility of such loss was known or should have been anticipated.
If a jurisdiction does not permit certain liability exclusions, those exclusions will apply only to the extent allowed under that jurisdiction’s law.
7. Account Termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time if conduct appears inconsistent with these terms, creates risk for the platform or its users, or is otherwise considered inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful.
Such action may occur without advance notice when circumstances warrant immediate intervention. Termination may include removal of access to account features, content, or other parts of the Service.
Users remain free to stop using Kirzo at any time. Ceasing use of the platform does not erase rights or obligations that arose before access ended.
8. Terms Modification
These terms may be revised when the Service changes, legal requirements develop, or operational needs make updates necessary. A revised version becomes effective once posted, unless a different date is stated within the updated document.
Continued access to the application after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance of the updated rules. Users should review this page from time to time to remain informed about the current version.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction selected by the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another body of law to apply.
Before formal proceedings are started, the parties should attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts or other lawful dispute resolution forum having proper authority in the applicable jurisdiction.
