How Kirzo handles account details, saved looks, private rehearsal media, purchase records, and device permissions
Kirzo is a wardrobe planning and private outfit rehearsal app. It lets you browse occasion-based look references, save favorites, track sources, keep profile preferences, and create dual-angle rehearsal boards with your own images and notes. To support those functions, Kirzo and its service providers may collect, use, store, and protect information as described here.
1. Data Collection
Information we receive may include details you provide directly, content created while using Kirzo, and technical data generated by your device or normal service operations. Depending on how you use the app, this can include your username, profile selections, support messages, planning preferences, outfit notes, captions, and the photos you choose to capture or import when creating a private rehearsal.
App activity may also produce records such as saved looks, tracked sources, hidden references, rehearsal saves, purchase attempts, Planning Credit balances, consent states, session events, crash reports, and general analytics about how screens and tools are used. Device-related signals may include IP address, operating system version, app version, language settings, device identifiers permitted by the platform, and diagnostic information useful for performance, fraud prevention, and abuse monitoring.
Certain permissions are requested only when needed for a feature. Photo library access may be used so you can choose wardrobe references or save planning images on the device. Camera access may be used to capture rehearsal photos. Some builds may also request microphone access for media features that include audio notes. If you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, measurement data may be used to evaluate onboarding, campaign, or purchase performance. If a requested permission is denied, related features may be unavailable or operate in a reduced form.
Kirzo may also use third-party software development kits, platform services, infrastructure tools, and embedded web technologies that process technical or usage information on our behalf for hosting, analytics, attribution, in-app purchase support, customer support, fraud prevention, or service reliability. Those tools may receive data consistent with their role in operating the app.
2. Data Usage
The data handled through Kirzo is used to run the service, maintain your planning workspace, display saved looks and rehearsals, process in-app purchases, respond to support requests, and keep the app stable and secure. That includes detecting suspicious activity, troubleshooting bugs, measuring feature performance, and improving the product over time.
Your profile selections, favorites, followed sources, occasion filters, and prior saves may be used to personalize what you see inside the planner and to make reference browsing more relevant. Usage patterns may also be reviewed in aggregate to understand which planning tools are useful and where users encounter friction.
Product updates, support responses, purchase notices, and service-related communications may be sent where permitted by law and where contact information has been provided. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where such options are offered, but operational messages such as security alerts, receipts, account notices, or policy updates may still be sent when necessary.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term. Data may, however, be disclosed to service providers, payment or platform partners, professional advisors, legal authorities when required, or parties involved in a business transition where the disclosure is tied to a legitimate operational, legal, or corporate purpose.
3. Data Storage & Security
Kirzo data may be stored locally on your device and, where needed for service delivery, on servers or managed infrastructure used for web content, analytics, attribution, support, and purchase-related workflows. Imported images or saved rehearsal media may remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app, subject to system behavior and backups.
Protective measures can include encrypted connections, access controls, credential safeguards, transaction verification, event logging, provider restrictions, and internal limits on who may access information for business purposes. Even with reasonable safeguards in place, no internet-connected product or storage environment can promise absolute security.
Retention periods vary according to the type of data involved and the reason it was obtained. Local planner content may remain while the app is installed and your account is active on the device. Some purchase records, attribution records, backups, fraud-prevention logs, legal records, or dispute-related materials may remain longer where operational necessity, lawful retention duties, or legitimate business needs apply. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise removed from active use according to our retention practices.
4. Third-Party Services
Kirzo may rely on outside providers for functions such as Apple platform services, in-app purchases, infrastructure hosting, content delivery, analytics, attribution, communication delivery, abuse detection, and technical monitoring. These partners are engaged to help the app operate efficiently and safely, not to receive unrestricted access to user information.
When third-party tools process data for us, they are expected to handle it under contractual, technical, or legal restrictions suited to their role. Their own privacy terms may also apply where they act as independent controllers, where Apple handles a transaction directly, or where platform-level services are involved.
Links, integrations, embedded content, or redirects to external services may appear from time to time, including policy pages or support-related web content. Once you leave our environment or interact with a feature controlled by another party, the handling of your information is governed by that third party's policies rather than this document.
5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding the personal information associated with your use of Kirzo. These may include the ability to request access to the data we hold, ask for inaccurate details to be corrected, request deletion, receive a copy of certain information, object to particular processing activities, restrict processing in some circumstances, or request that your data not be used for certain optional purposes.
- Access: You may ask what categories of personal data are processed and, where applicable, request a copy.
- Correction: If profile or account information is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request an update.
- Deletion: You may ask for your account or certain data to be erased, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
- Opt-out: You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications and, where applicable, certain data uses recognized by law.
- Non-discrimination: Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
To exercise these rights, email support@erydon.com with enough information for us to verify the request. Verification may require confirmation of account ownership or other reasonable identity checks before a request is completed. If local law allows use of an authorized agent, supporting documentation may be requested.
6. Children's Privacy
Kirzo is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. The app is not designed for children, and it is not knowingly offered to individuals under 18. If we become aware that personal information has been submitted by a minor in a manner that conflicts with applicable law, we may take steps to remove the content, disable the account, and delete related data where appropriate.
In addition, the service is operated with the expectation that it will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a way that would trigger obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) without proper compliance measures. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information to Kirzo may contact support@erydon.com for review.
7. Policy Updates
This privacy notice may be revised at any time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, new processing practices, or business developments. When updates are made, the revised version may be posted through the app, on the related website, or both, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
For material changes, additional notice may be provided where appropriate, such as through an in-app message, account notification, or other reasonably visible method. Continued use of Kirzo after a revised policy becomes effective means the updated terms apply to future use of the service, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
